New Medicare Laws; New MSPRC/Medicare Phone & Address

The Medicare Medicaid & SCHIP Extension Act (“MMSEA”) was passed more than three years ago.  Today, October 1st, 2010, its reporting section finally goes into effect.  How will reporting change the Healthcare Lien landscape?  How do you comply with the MMSEA?

In anticipation of the long-awaited implementation of the MMSEA (or possibly because it’s Medicare and Medicare makes things difficult for you), the MSPRC has changed it’s contact information.  It’s new fax number is (405) 869-3309.

Please follow this link for the new MSPRC mailing addresses.

While Medicare makes lien resolution and settlement more difficult for you, Lien Resolution Services, LLC makes things easier!  Please contact us for any lien resolution needs.  In addition to Medicare lien resolution, we can assist you with Medicaid lien resolution, ERISA subrogation, private insurance companies’ liens, and more.
