MSPRC Call Center – Now Closed on Fridays

Lien Resolution just got more aggravating.  As seen at MSPRC.info:

“In order to provide better customer service with regards to written correspondence, the MSPRC call center will be closed on Fridays starting June 18, 2010. We will continue to accept calls Monday-Thursday 8am to 8pm EST. Please call us back during those hours.”

What does this mean?  Medicare lien resolution will take more time as you sit on hold.  There will be longer wait times Monday through Thursdays.  Phone calls to check lien statuses have become even more important with the MSPRC consistently missing deadlines; however, now it is more difficult to call the MSPRC.

This furthers your need to begin lien resolution as soon as possible.  Do not hesitate.  If you cannot handle lien resolution (or simply don’t want to handle it) you should get lien resolution assistance.  It might even allow you to expand your caseload!
