This looks to be a 2nd chance to hear the April 14, 2010 Town Hall Meeting.  For a wrap-up on that meeting, please click here.

Please follow the link to sign up for the April 29 Town Hall Meeting/Webinar.   Lien Resolution Services will attend and update you on any changes.

Keep in mind that the changes to the Conditional Payment Notice process do NOT effect Section 111 MMSEA Reporting.  Responsible Reporting Entities (“RREs”) must begin reporting cases settled after October 1, 2010 starting on January 1, 2011.  Also remember that while mandatory reporting has not yet begun, permissive reporting remains in effect.  It is possible that RREs will choose to report your settlements now.  Be prepared: Watch out for Medicare settlement delays.

Lien Resolution Services will attend the April 29, 2010 MSPRC Town Hall Meeting.  Please contact us for questions regarding any changes to MSPRC procedures.  Additionally, you may contact us for all of your Medicare lien, Medicaid lien, and ERISA lien needs as well as Medicare Set-Asides and additional services.
