Welcome to the LRS Blog!

There are a bunch of healthcare lien blogs on the internet.  So why read this one?  At LRS we deal with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers everyday.  We will keep up to date on their policies.

Our staff has vast experience in the subrogation fields, including former department of labor staff members specializing in ERISA liens.   We continuously track and monitor the MSPRC, COBC, CMS, and any other Medicare agent.

In turn, We will discuss subrogation law and policy changes.  We will analyze these changes and analyze how they affect you.  We will share our knowledge, and hopefully, you can share some of your own.

This is a MSPRC blog, Medicare blog, Medicaid blog, Subrogation blog, and Healthcare lien blog all in one place.  We call it The Lien Blog for short.

Feel free to email or post questions.
